As well as literary work, John Hudson also undertakes consultancy work across selected sectors, including litetrature and the visual arts, project development and project management. He also produces films on literary subjects, including filmed interviews and poetry readings.
In 2004 he managed the Literature Programme for Scotland's Entente Cordiale season in France, creating, co-ordinating and managing events in Paris, Lyon, Montpellier and Brittany.
In the business sector he he has undertaken copywriting and marketing consultancy and management for many large companies.
