I read the book in one go. I look forward to reading it again. I really enjoyed the way the images recalled and fixed similar moments in my own life that otherwise would have gone unnoticed and unremembered. I love the way you recreate speech patterns and sounds in the environment, like the first cuckoo early every spring, they have new layers of significance.
